Request an STI self-sampling kit

If you are aged 16 or over and living in Birmingham or Solihull, and you're worried about sexually transmitted infection (STIs), you can use the following form to request a free self-sampling kit.

You can choose to collect a kit from an authorised pharmacy or clinic, or to have one posted to you. Just follow the instructions in the kit to take your own samples and post the kit back to us free of charge. We’ll test your samples and text or call you with the results within two weeks after we receive your kit. *
